REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
The Wolf and I understand the nature of online shopping and will happily REFUND or EXCHANGE within 7days.
However, if you are unsure about a size or fabric or anything at all, please email and I will attempt to help you choose the correct item before you continue with your purchase.
The Wolf and i try our best to use photographs that best represent the colour of each item. Colours may vary slightly in real life.
Your purchase will be dispatched within 2 working days via Australian Post. If you are not completely happy with your purchase please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7days to receive an authorisation code for your return. No goods will be accepted without authorisation code clearly written on the front of your return parcel.
Goods must be returned in original condition. Once goods have been inspected The Wolf and I will refund amount within 4-5 working days to your nominated account. Exchanges are subject to availability. Shipping will not be refunded. Return address will be supplied via email.
The Customer will incur any SHIPPING COSTS for items that are returned or exchanged. We request that all items are shipped back to us via Australian Express Post. The Wolf and I take no responsibility for the loss of goods in transit.
Goods that are proven to be FAULTY will receive a full refund and
The Wolf and I will also refund all shipping costs within 4-5 working days of receiving goods. The Wolf and I are happy to repair or replace faulty stock, where possible, at the Customer’s request.
There are No REFUNDS or EXCHANGE on SALE items (unless faulty)
